Outreach

Church by the Glades is known as a church that helps people. This starts in their very own community of South Florida, but also extends into the international mission field. The non-profit organization No Perfect People, Inc. operates in partnership with Church by the Glades and many of the outreach efforts of the church are funneled through NPPI.

Locally, the church mobilizes thousands of volunteers to partner with organizations providing services to the community with NPPI’s annual event, “Serve the City”. Additionally, Church by the Glades and NPPI partner to distribute thousands of boxes of food to those in need during the thanksgiving season with their event, “Feed the City”.

In cooperation with God Behind Bars, Church by the Glades provides weekly church services inside two prison facilities located in Homestead, FL. The church also provides leadership and financial support to this organization.

There are many efforts that Church by the Glades supports internationally as well. The church currently sponsors an orphanage for girls in Haiti and missionary efforts in Cuba, in addition to the following partnerships with global outreach organizations.

Church by the Glades is partnering with The A21 Campaign to abolish human trafficking and “Operation Baby Rescue” to save malnourished babies in Guatemala.
